Meeting, 9 November 2011
1. Members Present: Jim Timmerberg, Earnie Jones, Darrell Munn, Art
Harris, Tom Christofaro, Brian Bell, David Jackson, Gene Gibbs, Dale Goff,
Brian Cox, Joe Akshar.
2. Meeting was called to order at 6:30.
3. Treasurer's Report: Balance = $1,850.68. PBF = None.
Gene will check at the State Meeting to see when roster updates and dues are
required. Normally, this has to be done in December. All members
need to be up-to-date on their dues by our December club meeting. Check
with Gene if you have any questions about dues. REMINDER: IAW club
bylaws: Article III, Section 3: b) Accounts
that become 60 days or more delinquent will not be eligible to accrue meeting
or tournament points until the account is made current. "Lost points
are non recoverable." c) Accounts that become 90 days or more delinquent
may result in the dismissal of membership from this Chapter.
