Minutes of Meeting, 14 December 2011

1.  Members Present:  Jim Timmerberg, Darrell Munn, Earnie Jones, Dale Goff, Brian Bell, William Hodge, Gene Gibbs, David Jackson, Joe Akshar, Tom Christofaro.

2.  Meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM.

3.  Treasurer's Report:  Balance = $903.18.  No Progressive Big Fish.

4.  Minutes:

     a. Old Business:  Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

     b.  New Business:

          1)  Gene reported the results of the State Meeting.  Quick meeting and not much news.  The schedule for next year's trail is posted on the website at scbassfed.org.  Next year's Six-man will be on Lake Hartwell.  Our insurance thru B.A.S.S. has been re-instated.

          2)  Date for our club tournament on Lake Robinson was changed to 28 January 2012.

          3)  Pairings and launch orders were drawn.  Earnie and William, and Brian Cox and Steven were paired up.

5.  Agenda for our next meeting:  1)  Pick date for February tournament on Lake Murray.  2)  Reminder about commitments for March tournament.  3)  Discuss budget shortfall.  4)  Other.

6.  Our next meeting is 25 January at 6:30 PM.  Next tournament is on Lake Robinson, 28 January, launch out of Easterling's Landing.  $4 launch fee.
