Minutes of Meeting, 12 January 2011
 
1.  Members Present:  Jim Timmerberg, Dale Goff, Darrell Munn, Tom Christofaro, Brian Bell, Art Harris, Brian Cox, Gene Gibbs, Earnie Jones, Joe Akshar. 
 
2.  Meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM.
 
3.  Treasurer's Report:  Balance= $514.75.  Progressive=  $0 as of the meeting.
 
4.  Minutes:
 
     a. Old Business:  Secretary read the minutes of the previous meeting.  Approved as read.
 
     b. New Business:
 
          1) Members voted to hold the tournament at Stumphole from safelight until 3:30.
 
          2) Members were reminded that all must make their commitment to fish/not fish the Lake Russell tournament at our 23 February meeting. 
 
          3) Pairings and launch orders were drawn for our Team Tournament:  Gene and B. Bell, Jim and Art, Earnie and William, Darrell and B. Cox, Tom and Danny.
 
          4) Members were reminded that it is their responsibility to notify a club officer of their fishing intent prior to the meeting, if they won't be at the meeting.
 
5.  Agenda for next meeting:  1) Commitments for Lake Russell tournament.  2)  Other.
 
6.  Next meeting is Wednesday, 23 February 2011, 6:30 PM.  Supper at Hal's at 6:00 PM.
